The service was beyond amazing and not a far walk from the market place. Set up perfectly unlike other places. The music is extremely loud though you cant even hear yourself think we had to ask to be moved outside as it was screaming through our ears. The food was cooked perfectly and are large meals. More

Within 24 hours of leaving a review recounting a disappointing evening here I heard from the manager. He not only apologised for the bad experience but offered a generous amount of cash to come back and try again. Vouchers were accepted and delivered the next day to my hotel room with a hand written card. Great PR and much appreciated.... More

A very long time ago, I used to go to the Hard Rock which in not in the Waikiki area at all. Their new location is way better than the prior location.
