Had a table on their lanai looking out onto the Marina. The setting was great and so was the food. I don't understand why anyone would give anything but 5 stars for this place. Compared to the snooty hotel restaurants nearby, the Chart's offering was reasonable and very generous, as well as good tasting. The service was excellent and the... More

Best dish was the macadamia nut crusted ahi... mouth watering... BUT.. for the price I would expect something a bit more--ALTHOUGH we are in Waikiki.. and should expect outrageous prices. More

Based upon their website, we weren't convinced we should try Chart House. But, it was only a short walk from our hotel, so toward the end of the trip, we tried it. They open for dinner at 5:30 on weekends. The service, food and atmosphere were all great! The seating is indoors, but the South facing wall is mostly open... More

When visiting Honolulu, put this restaurant on top of your list when visiting. Fantastic food & cocktails, friendly servers even when extremly busy. We visit our grandchildren living on the island every 6 months and always make it a point for dinner there. More

Invited a couple of friends and we all enjoyed a nice meal. Good wine selection. Excellent meats and fish. Service was nice and someone was always there to help if needed. Reservations were taken without hassles and we were seated promptly. More

We spent a week in Waikiki and explored a variety of dining options, including Chart House. My meals at the Chart House in Philadelphia were certainly acceptable, but it has never been at the top of my list when thinking about where to go to dinner. Of the better Honolulu restaurants we tried, this was by far the least satisfactory.... More

We spent 2 weeks in Hawaii and "grazed" our way from one island to another. While we enjoyed nearly every place we tried, the Chart House was far and away our clear favorite. It was a Friday night and we didn't have reservations but they were extremely gracious and not only got us in, but at a very nice table.... More

We took the kids to the Chart House in Honolulu. It has been years since I had been to a Chart House and I was excited to go as my memories were good. We went on a Thursday night, party of five. The dinning room was full and we had to wait about 15 minutes. The menu is a throw... More

It seemed like there were quite a few locals here (unlike the Red Lobster on the same block) and the food showed it. I had the sesame tuna and it was delicious and we shared the deconstructed roll for an appetizer. Excellent! More

Was recommended Chart House by family as well as reviews on tripadvisor. Thought it was prettu pricey for just OK food and experience. The food was good but it just didn't blow me away. Our bill was $200 for 3 people havin their "Sunset Special" ($27/ person for entree, side & dessert) and a couple glasses of wine each. My... More
