We discovered P.F. Chang's many years ago in Dallas, Texas and still love coming to eat here in Hawaii as often as we can. Great Asian fusion!

I don't know why this place rates as high as it does. bad night in the kitchen maybe. We ordered Sichuan shrimp, it was sickly sweet and coated with syrupy sauce. Mongolian beef dish also goopy with sauce. So called 'crispy' noodles were rubbery. At least waitress and other staff courteous and pleasant. Manager refunded our noodle dish, gave us...

I have only done take-out (3 times this trip) and disgusted by the entire bar staff, they are rude, pushy and totally lack any customer service skills -- which is especially upsetting since I spend over $80 for dinner for two. This will be the last time I EVER set foot into that establishment, I always leave upset and disappointed...

Never went to a PF Changs before because the closest one to us is over an hour away. Had the lemon chicken and family had the sweet and sour chicken. Way more than enough food that was delicious. Will now travel an hour to visit ours in Albany NY
