We've eaten here several times over the years. Every time they've been accommodating and friendly. The food is tasty -- my personal favorite are the Portuguese clams which are truly delicious ... Littlenecks, onions, garlic, olive oil, white wine, and savory chouriço ... soooo yummy! They are billed as starters, but a bowl of clams along with the toasty bread... More

We recently had lunch here with a group of 11. Service was wonderful, we had made reservations in advance. We were in a back room, lots of room around us and the staff took great care of us. Food was excellent, we had a wide variety, from appetizers to burgers to pizza. Everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend the... More

Situated in the heart ofThe Thames Street Shopping District, the Brick Alley Pub was a well recommended spot by the locals, so we gave it a try. We were far from disappointed. The Menu was extensive, the Bar well equipped and manned and the Servers, Attentive and informative. For lunch, we had the Lobster Roll Sandwich and I had the... More

So we were looking for a nice, fine dining place where to eat. This place looked pretty fancy from outside. When we saw the hostess we were sent upstairs, and the restaurant was more like a pub/diner. It had some caracter into it but not what we were looking for. They have a salad/soup bar and free bread sticks.

Brinjag, I am sorry that your did not enjoy Brick Alley Pub, and that you were "deceived by the display". We do our very best to portray ourselves as to exactly what we are: a fun, crowded, pub with great food. If you were looking for something a bit more fancy and quiet we are certainly not that place, and... More

We ate dinner here after a day of touring Newport. Casual dining....The food was very good and came highly reccommended by locals, always a good sign. Amazing Nachos and huge menu.

Stopped in for some appetizers and tried the Ahi Tuna Sliders. Good quality tuna, good portion (8 pieces and crispy wontons) and good value. The quesadilla was also good. 7PM on a Monday and the place was crowded. That says something.

we had a party of six plus a three year old. Everyone enjoyed their entree. The sea scallops was excellent as was the jamablaya. The entrees came with a salad bar and soup. The food was very good. Very comfortable and they did not rush us.

I read some reviews on TripAdvisor and liked what I read. We were out walking the wharf area and came across Brick Alley....can't miss it....big yellow building. Well fellow TripAdvisors....you just have to try this place. Even if you just walk in and walk around, it is too interesting to pass up. Not sure there is a spot on the... More
