Open since 1975 our menus consist of the Chef's original creations inspired by authentic Italian preparations. Our kitchen boasts a wood burning oven which is used to prepare several of our menu items and specials such as whole roasted fish and Chicken, as well as wood fired Pizzas. Fresh handmade pastas highlight the menu and change with the seasons. An award winning Caesar Salad is prepared table side and the daily specials are just that - special!
Complement your meal with one of the more than 20 fine wines available by the glass or from our extensive wine list. After dinner, sample one of the house made desserts accompanied by espresso, cappuccino a fine port, grappa or dessert wine.
Ristorante Lombardo's "3 for $30" special available Monday through Thursday is a hit among customers who appreciate great food on a reasonable budget.

Obviously a locals spot, but worked out well for us traveling from out of town looking for a Christmas Eve dinner. The bartender & our waitress were just on their A game. They had a beet salad that was to die for! Had two pasta dishes that had flavor that I'm still tasting 2 days later, just amazing food!!!!

The stuffed hot banana peppers, the wood pizzas and nice selection of wine. There is nothing I dislike here- a must stop! Open only for dinner except on Friday's open for lunch.

Went to Lombardos for my birthday dinner with some friends. This is not a typical Italian American restaurant. They offer more contemporary Italian dishes which I really enjoy. People say that this is the best Italian food in Buffalo...I say I'd rather eat spagettio's! The food was bland and over-cooked! Not to mention overpriced...I have no problem paying good money for a good meal, but this was not worthy! The owner was rude to us and wouldn't even make eye contact! I will NEVER go back! This restaurant has been around for a long time. The food was excellent, the price reasonable. Also we received excellent service, requesting and receiving seating away from a more traveled part of the restaurant. We will be back.

This Italian Restaurant on Hertel Ave in Buffalo NY cant be beat.
The owner Tom Lombardo really takes care of his customers.
You will receive real old fashion personal attention from Tom and his staff.
The dishes he serves are among the best anywhere in the world.
If you want a great meal with great service Lombardo's is the place....
