This is a great restaurant close to downtown Flagstaff. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff fantastic. The menu is eclectic (we had bison chops and trout for entrees) and everything tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. The only negative I can come up with is like all restaurants, the chef could lighten his touch with the salt shaker. Special... More

We went to Brix during our extended road trip through Arizona. Without any doubt the extremely attentive service as well as the high quality food and excellent wine list left an impression. We could all agree that it has been the best dining experience during our vacation.

We had dinner at Brix 4//24/13 and enjoyed it tremendously. Service was excellent. Food top notch. My husband had the chicken preceded by the excellent green salad and he raved about both. We are used to good chicken and this was exceptional. I had the fish - which was a small piece, yes with the skin on one side, but... More

Three of us at here on a Saturday night. The first great items were the signature cocktails. I loved the Refuge. We had salads, which all had delicious dressings. The risotto and steak frites were great, tagliatelle was very good. Crenel brûlée was perfect.

You wouldn't necessarily guess the quality of this restaurant from the outside or the location, but the inside is charming and friendly. Our server was excellent. We shared a very nice cheese plate ( just a little expensive....) and had some very tasty wines, especially the Shaya Verdejo. We had the chicken and duck, and both were outstanding, but the... More

Very good in many ways, but not yet great - although the sharing platter to start with is absolutely worth having - especially the cheese.

We were here on 4/2. If you like fried food, dine here. The menu was so unimaginative it shocked us. For appetizers Carrot soup, cheese plate, beet salad, only protein: fried rabbit. The rabbit was tough and I kept getting bites of cracked pepper which overshadowed the entire dish. We had a wine that they DID NOT KNOW THE YEAR... More

Awesome! Food, atmosphere, and service are incredible. I'm not a huge mac-n-cheese guy, but got it as a side with my delicious ribs and was pleasantly surprised. Both, the ribs and mac were great. Good beer, too. Check it out!

We read the reviews for this restaurant and thought we would have an exceptional experience. Instead it was mixed. We were told the menu on line was accurate but when we arrived the strip steak and frites was replaced with a "flank" steak that was good but not great and not very tender when cooked medium. The frites with truffle... More

This is a small intimate restaurant that is actually fairly expensive, since everything is ala carte. Note that the posted menu on the internet is NOT what they have as their daily menu. Portions are SMALL.. My wife ordered the beet salad. This salad had very thin slices of beet and a lot of Arugula, more of an arugula salad... More
