I ordered mine medium-well, as I'm significantly turned off by hamburgers being down medium-rare. It was very tasty. The atmosphere of the place was fun, but it was not very busy when we went. At $12 a burger, it's not something that I would do frequently, but it was a nice treat. It's worth paying more for quality, local ingredients.

After reviewing TA we decided to give Diablo's a try. I have to say we were not disappointed. This is a local establishment and they take pride in explaining their menu options. While the price point is on the high end the portions were very generous. This place is more about a new dinning experience than simply getting food.

Not sure why this place is so popular. I think the organic meat must suck people in. It's quite expensive for a burger joint. And why put oregano on the french fries? I want to be able to taste the potato, and the green stuff overpowers everything else. Thanks, but I'll eat at Mama's or Five Guys for a hamburger... More

Stopped by on drive from Grand Canyon back to Sedona. Family loved the burgers. Great ingredients made into great burgers. Simple. If you live burgers and are in area can't go wrong.

Their burgers and fries are so good I hope I come back to Flagstaff so I can eat here again! I believe they recommend medium or medium rare temp, my husband and I ordered medium well but they were medium at best. One bite and I didn't care best burger ever! Don't worry about how it's cooked. The fries are... More

Came here on a chance due to the responsible approach of the proprietors by sourcing local, open-range raised and growth-hormone free meat. The staff is certainly friendly enough, but the space is somewhat cramped and while I enjoy the communal tables, others may not. The burger itself was average, but was cooked well. I was probably expecting too much, as... More

This little burger "farm to table" joint is amazing. It is so amazing that I would like to inquire about a franchise opportunity. The burger was flavorful and cooked perfect. The fries were also some of the best I have ever had. If you are in the Flagstaff area, do not miss this place.

We were driving through Flagstaff from Sedona to the Canyon and stopped here. SO HAPPY WE DID! We are from New Orleans, so I feel we know good food. These hamburgers OMG! soooooooo GOOD! I had the Big Daddy Kane and my husband had the Wrigley Field; both were SPECTACULOR! The frites were YUMMY, too. Different being they are seasoned... More

You could blink and miss this restaurant tucked into a shopping building. I had a chèvre burger that was delicious. Fries were fine but definitely go for the burgers. Not inexpensive but well worth trying.
