this place has a large assortment of pre-made food; some great, some just average.,..but they have the best cannolis and homemade potato chips, Everyone in my office goes crazy for them!

Grinders ( sub, hoagie etc.) are THE BEST and an excellent variety. Seafood pasta salad is my wifes favorite. A little expensive but definitely worth it, amazing quality.

Best place to grab a nice big sandwich. Cold cut are sliced fresh, bread is made daily , and the quality is amazing. I usually buy to much here my eyes a much bigger than my stomach.

Frigo's trips never disappoint. I frequent the East Longmeadow location more (it has seating) but the quality is consistent across both of them. Great selection of food, but their grinders are what brings the crowds in. Personal favorite has always been the eggplant parm grinder. Great prices for really large sandwiches. They also cater.
