My wife and I showed up on a Friday night with no reservations. The hostess was able to squeeze us in and we both enjoyed the amazing Steak Dunigan. Wow! Don't get us wrong, we ate the steak and it was outstanding, but we really came for the apple pie at the end. Everything it was cracked up to be!... More

I decided to take two foodie friends on their first visit to NM to Pink Adobe because of its classic atmosphere and food. We started with margaritas and their take on a Manhattan all of which were excellent - far better than the drinks we'd had at the Coyote Cafe's rooftop bar the night before. The clams in red chile... I've been going to Santa Fe every few months for about 12 years. The Pink Adobe used to be one of my favorite places. It's a shame how their dining has gone downhill. But on a cold winter evening, I still like to sit by the roaring fire and have a drink in the bar, which is in a separate... More

This is a classic spot, ever popular and unique. It is being taken over by the nearby Guadalupe Cafe but is expected to keep its beloved specialties and charm . . . and prices. The Steak Dunigan is $30 and is easily split. Enchiladas, meaty and homestyle, run in the high teens. Six yummy escargot, swimming in garlic, $10. I... More

I had the poblanos rellenos, my husband the Mexican plate (or something like that). Both were good --- although far more than we could eat, as the cheese (on mine at least) was very filling. It was a nice atmosphere, and the service was prompt and friendly.

Loved the chicken enchiladas. The portions are big so we had dinner and then lunch the next day! The atmosphere was comfortable but elegant and the service was really good.

Church friends from San Diego told us this restaurant was not to be missed and they are so right. The restaurant is decorated very nicely, the Margaritas & food both excellent. Staff were friendly and very competent. I had the Chili Relleno dish and my wife the steak (1/2 size of the standard 13 oz.)

The food was under seasoned and simply mediocre. Not the prettiest place and the food was simply underwhelming. So many more better and more interesting places in Santa Fe. However, the staff was good and so was the service. Food was just not interesting nor did it seem very authentic.

A must on your list! This is a lovely, charming place with impeccable service to go along with their interesting menu. Unfortuantely, the French Onion Soup is only served on the weekends, so we were not able to try. I had the Seafood Enchilada in a blue chip taco. This was pure bliss. My girlfriend has the Pink Adobe and... More

I first ate at the Pink Adobe restaurant about 20 years ago and loved it. I still enjoy dining at this restaurant, the food is always delicious and the service is always very good. It's just a short walk from the Plaza and surrounding hotels. Well worth checking it out if you've never been there.
