Description: 315 offers a truly French experience in a city overflowing with Southwestern restaurants. Chef Louis Moskow's classically prepared cuisine is given a contemporary twist as a result of his commitment to using only the freshest ingredients. Although customer favorites remain on the menu year-round (including seared duck breast, French onion soup and country pate), Moskow offers an extensive daily menu of beautifully executed dishes such as steamed grouper with baby bok choy, house-cured salmon and lobster ravioli, as well as soft shell crabs and squash blossom beignets, in season. Desserts including lemon crepes, chocolate pot de creme and profiteroles are alone worth a visit. The wine bar, one of the largest and most well-conceived in the region, includes more than 250 seasonally-driven selections from the finest vineyards in the world. Located on the historic Old Santa Fe Trail, 315 is housed in a beautifully renovated southwestern residence. The outdoor patio is open June-October.

Ate in the bar area. Not too loud, could carry on a conversation with no problem. Menu provides good selection. Waitress was very attentive. My wife and I had duck and it was delicious.

This wasn't on the list of recommended restaurants our friends gave us, but it was close to the hotel so we just happened to try it. The wine list was great. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgable. We got there early for dinner and easily got a table, but by the time we left at 7:30, every table was... More

A lovely restaurant with friendly staff. The foie gras was exceptional for the appetizer. The seasonings, sauces and vegies were excellent, but both my husband and I found our meat to be a little tough (steak and veal). Would go back to try another entrée.

This is a cozy French restaurant that specializes in wine. Totally non-pretentious, competent wait staff make you feel like you have come home. Various interesting rooms with art. This is a place for wine and dessert, an anniversary dinner, special occasion, or just because. Reservations recommended. We love this place!

First time visitors to Santa Fe, slightly put off by pretentious restaurants in pretentious hotels, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Bistro 315. We had a wonderfully entertaining service staff, an impressive wine selection, all topped off by one of the yummiest dinners we have ever had. When I return to Santa Fe, this will be my selection for my... More

We were looking forward to our return to 315. The place has been totally redesigned and enlarged. Many spacious rooms to choose to eat in. The night we were there was a Sunday and the place was nearly empty. The waitress was very helpful in describing the different dishes. Almost all had some ingredient or side that was unusual. As... Recommended to us by two locals we met while having dinner in another restaurant that was not so good. Easy and comfortable welcome. Good, efficient and capbable service plus a great meal. Very nice atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

we stumbled upon this Bistro when they were having a wine tasting event. We were welcomed into the bar area, and graciously offered either menu. Fabulous food, wine & staff.

Lovely French bistro with a great wine list, by the glass or bottle, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of small plate items at $8 each, or share 5 as a couple for just $30. The restaurant looked nice as well, but we just ate at the bar.

A cozy bar to sit and sip! I tried the French Onion Soup--perfect broth, cheese, and bread --with a Cotes du Rhone. On to the Shrimp in filo with chutney --had so much chutney left over I had to order the cheese platter! It was a delightful evening, good value, and delicious food.
