Bistro 315 provides classic bistro dishes, with some NM influence. The wine list is quite extensive. The dishes have fresh ingredients and were well- prepared. The service was good, if a little pushy. The lighting could be slightly improved.

We stumbled upon 315 by chance, and were pleasantly surprised. Louis, the owner, was very friendly and charming and took excellent care of us (some of my group are "high maintenance New Yorkers"!!) The food was delicious, paired with lovely wines. Service was efficient, although not very friendly. A nice relaxing spot, perfect for catching up with old friends. We...

Louis Moscow, owner and chef keeps improving this superb bistro over the years. We had six guests and found the perfect wait person, unusual for Santa Fe. A good vegetarian option was available. Salmon dish was excellent and the Steak Frites just right. Nice patio in the Summer. Parking across the Street at night.

This was our first dining experience in Santa Fe. We looked at the menu offered at our hotel and decided to go since it was so close.

We arrived close to 9pm and were happy to find that they continue serving appetizers and desserts until close. After choosing 4 different appetizers, our fabulous waitress recommended wines to accompany them and did the...
