I remembered this restaurant as being better a few years ago when I was here last. The Barbecue Brisket was just average. The sides were no less impressive. It would have been better also if they had been hot rather than luke warm... so... Not a place that I will go back to again. More

I am hesitant to rate County Line as low as my experience dictates because I have not had beef ribs before. Consequently, please consider this when I say the ribs were very tough and super chewy when compared to pork ribs. I am used to pork ribs falling off the bone so this was an eye opener. Quantity was good... More

The portioons are big, the barbeque beef ribs are great. The brisket is tender, and the sauce has just enough bite. There are many different kinds of barbeque, and this is the stick by which I measure Texas barbaque. Our party of six was seated immediately upon arriving on a Tuesday at 6 pm. The drink specials were only available... More

Twenty years ago the County Line on 1604 was one of the best BBQ's around. The one on the Riverwalk was always terrible. Unfortunately the 1604 location is no more and the one on I 10 is almost as bad as downtown. Very poor quality food and definitely a good place to avoid. It's only a matter of time before... More

Went for fried catfish. How can you wreck a meal of fried catfish? None of the appetizers or entrees we had tasted good. Party of 6 had lousy dinner. More

I traveled a long distance to County Line because of favorable dining experience a few years ago. Suffice to say they will not get my business in the future as they have become very average among so many mediocre BBQ places. They seem to think that smothering the meat in decent sauce can adequately mask poor cooking techniques. The brisket... More

Good BBQ requires expert preparation, high food turnover, a place reeking of bbq smells, and a country "honky-tonk" decor. This place has all that, plus a great selection of first class meats. In addition, my wife declared the pinto beans and cole slaw as very good and superior to Bill Miller's. I remarked that the bbq smell that permeates the... More

The ribs (Beef) are incredible. THe sause leaves something to be desired, but the portions are great. I ate twice form the order. More
