From the beautiful view of the sunset in the Texas Hill Country to some of the most inspired menu choices I've seen outside of New York where I live, our entire experience at Francesca's was superb. Our meal was made even more outstanding by the two knowledgable, professional, and courteous gentlemen who were our servers; Alpesh and Jeremy. I plan... More

The place has a great view. The food was overpriced and not very good. I had a ceviche, which was just fish pieces with nothing else (I know it sounds weird but it is how it was). Salads were terrible. My husband's steak was okay. I would recommend this place just to have a wine at the balcony. More

Dining at Francesca's was a wonderful experience. The food was tremendous and the service was excellent. The first taste of an amuse did set our pallet for a wonderful dining experience. The caesar salad at the beginning was so delicious -- not the ordinary caesar salad at all ! Then an appetizer of quail and axis was just wonderful and... More

We dined at Franscesca's in San Antonio, Tx, tonight and had a great experience! The food was devine and the service was excellent. The wait staff were very attentive, they even offered a black napkin because we had on black slacks! (In case, you don't know, the white cloth napkins leave lint all over black slacks.) Each course was a... More

The staff made our anniversary celebration a memorable one. Service was outstanding. The meal was so good! We ordered their chilli rubbed beef and the lobster enchiladas - highly recommend those two. At the end of our meal, the staff surprised us with a complementary German chocolate cheese cake with a candle. It couldn't have been a better meal! :) More

My wife and I were here for the fifth time for our anniversary in early March. The chef at this restaurant is truly world class and the menu is always filled with unusual entres. This time, I had Antelope Chops and they were outstanding. There are always 2 or 3 fish selections, beef or some exotic choices. I've had Elk... More

This restaurant is inside the Westin La Cantera Resort and it was ok for those staying in the hotel who don't want to drive away from the resort (like us), but I wouldn't go out of my way to get here. We were there on a Wednesday night at 7:30 and it was a little too empty to have a... More

We were received as special guests although we were the first diners last Saturday, 25 February. From the hostess, Jennifer, and on to our servers Patrick and Gabrielle, we received detailed attention and Francesca's warmth as they explained the menu, and served us. Other guests were treated in the same way! The 'amus bouche' was delightful and the salad and... More
