Although the name says coffee and tea, the sandwich I had was very good. I had the caprese sandwich. The mozzarella was fresh, the romaine crisp, the tomatoes ripe and the pesto not overpowering. Everything you could ask, plus the wifi access is free and the staff friendly and helpful.

I love their coffee. We had the carrot cake this time and it was delicious. We always come here when we stay in Salem.

In the interest of full disclosure, I admit I love Starbucks. However, when I travel, I prefer to sample local coffeehouses. My husband & I found ourselves wandering around Salem on a drizzly, windy, chilly day & decided a coffee was in order. The guys in the pirate museum recommended Jaho & we were delighted. Our mochas were rich &...

I live down the street and have been in here a few times over 4 years. Servers are always rude and unfriendly. Coffee is overpriced. Furniture is tired and dirty. Food either comes from a Lenders Bagel bag, or, I suspect the same baker that supplies Costco. I now only go when I am out of coffee and don't want...

The atmosphere here was perfect for chatting with friends or writing on your laptop (as I did). Comfortable chairs and sofas, plenty of window space, two levels, and lots of tables as well. The staff was on the ball and quirky. The coffee (I had lattes) was delicious, and as a plus the baristas make lovely designs in the foam....

I come to pickering wharf every month and every month, I try this place. Always a simple order and always screwed up. Worse .....the employees are painfully unapologetic. Take a walk and find a new place to go, its not worth the hastle. Based on their behavior and attitude, they really don't want or need your business.

My husband and I go here everyday when we are in Salem. Great place for tea and hot chocolate! The desserts?!?!?!!? WOW! Fun people watching also. Friendly staff.

I am at this coffee house at least once a month; generally for a bubble tea fix since I have found it nearly impossible to get bubble tea on the North Shore!
Great bubble tea except for the occasional times when the "bubbles" are undercooked and firm. Service is generally good; some waitstaff are excellent, others are surly. I have...

This small, cosy cafe was a delight to discover. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. I would definitely return, as it was great value for money.
