The food here is great but the nightly specials are amazing. Matt Walker comes up with the best combinations and the head chef lets him get creative. His smoked salmon and goat cheese guacamole is amazing. More

We saw Dos Locos listed as a Southwestern/Mexican style restaurant but discovered a much more nuanced and creative cuisine, using all sorts of influences.
