Opa is not the place for quiet lunch or dinner. The environment is fun and casual but noisy. The food, however, is quite good. I also received good service. We liked the food a lot but the service needs to improve significanlty. The setting is ok and usually packed with people. Be careful when young waiters set some dishes on fire and yell "Opa!". The local fire marshal would have a heart attack if he saw the act. More
