“wonderful food for a unique reason”

Being local it's not usual to go to an airport hotel for dinner. But, Libations at the Radisson is much different. The hotel is owned by Johnson and Wales University which is one of the nation's leading culinary colleges and the chefs and waitstaff are from the schools of culinary and hospitality. Food was very nice, lots of choices for smaller plates if you don't want a big meal. Had some nice oysters and the sliders were great. Service was excellent. More
