The return of the giant burrito in EP, this cute little place does it quite well though. Being carb conscious now, the wife and I did the burrito bowls, which they loaded up with grilled veggies, romaine lettuce, spinach, wonderful spicy bison rojo, and lots of great salsa choices. The green chile is a little watery though, go for the...

The staff were very helpful... even offering me a children's portion, as I did not want a full meal. Everything was fresh and tasty. Reasonable price and delicious!
My husband and I both got burritos. They had a lot of options, including flavored tortillas. I would compare it to a Chipotle or Qudoba, with burritoes, quesadillas, tacos, etc. A local suggested this place to us and we enjoyed it pretty well. Very filling.
As I walked into Peppers, I immediately noticed how helpful the staff was to me. I had newcomer written all over my face. If you're in the mood for good Mexican food but don't want to spend too much and want it quick then check out Peppers. It's a great "food to go" option, but you can also dine in if you'd like. It has a food assembly line similar to a Chipotle but with a little more to offer, and tastier too...

This restaurant provided quick, fresh Mexican food. You get huge portions, and the prices are very reasonable. The buffalo nachos and chicken burritos are awesome! During the winter season they do close somewhat early (8:00PM), so don't wait to stop for your supper.
We are summer residents in Estes Park and love coming to Peppers (formerly Tulum's). I love the fish tacos. The fish is not breaded and is seared in a frying pan. The two sides I choose are the sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables (peppers & onions). They have a variety of toppings for the tacos and allow you to select...

With all the various meat, vegetable and toppings offered at Peppers, you can eat here regularly. We prefer the burritos. The rice and beans are always good. The shredded beef is moist, tender and beefy tasting. My spouse enjoys the pork with sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables. The queso is very mild, reminds me of warm pimento cheese. The restaurant...

Let me start by saying I LOVE salt. I add it to 99% of my food. Had a smothered chicken burrito and was the saltiest thing I have ever gotten eating out. I did not add any before trying it (thank goodness) and had a hard time eating it. the rice and beans were excellent, but either the green chili...
