Been working in Alburquerque for the last couple of months and been to many different mexican places. And Monroe' s has the best Red Chili so far and food...Good Job Monroe's More

Had to have Mexican food while in Albuquerque, no not for the famous New Mexico chili (I'm a whimp we it comes to the hot stuff), but for the Sopaipillas and the conversation with an old friend. “Still Dreaming of Monroe's..”

Together we had the Super Huevos Rancheros, which is a flour tortilla with eggs, cheese beans, fried potatoes and a Cheese Enchilada with blue corn tortillas smothered with green chillis.
