Well managed with contemporary vegetarian menu, mainly sandwiches and soups, wine. I prefer the 517 Cafe, same owners and better location but get address and put in your GPS! Both locations are a bit off the tourist trail but both appreciated by we local foodies. More

A very eclectic cafe with a definite "Austin" feel to it. Great menu; we were there for lunch. Several salad and sandwich options were on the menu, but the must have star of the show is the roasted poblano soup. Creamy, spicy and all in all well balanced.....get the soup...it's why you came in......The homemade desert selection looked awesome as... More

The Poblano Soup is the reason you go to Nuevo! They are a lunch only restaurant that gets really busy around $12. They serve salads and sandwiches. They are not by far out of this world sandwiches and salads, but still good. The art in the restaurant make up for where that lacks. More

Soup and Pimento sandwich. Tasty and enjoyable. A bigger veg selection would be nice. I still return as the atmosphere is quite pleasant and service friendly. More

First of all the staff is always pleasant and quick. Different artwork fills the walls. The art is changed I think every week, so there is always something new to look at. The Pablano soup is out of this world. Matter of fact, when I had some dental work done, I had my husband pick me up three large containers... More

The place is small, but the art and the staff keep it interesting. The poblano soup is the best I have had in town. The 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup combo is hard to beat. More

I found this place by accident, was just driving down Staples and turned at CVS and saw it. It looked like it would be fun to eat at. The man who greets you as you walk in is a pleasant surprise. The place wasn't packed but still over hall full. I sat over by the fireplace, it was a windy... More
