If you find yourself in Corpus Christi, you will not find better barbecue. Ribs, sauce, brisket, all are tender and delicious. All side dishes are excellent as well. More

For barbecue, you can NOT find better. I eat here weekly. Spareribs, brisket, sausage, chicken, ham and turkey are consistently smoked to perfection. Tell the carver how you want your meat, i.e. small or large ribs, lean or fatter beef, or regular or hot sausage, and that is what you get. Great barbecue sauce and sides. Recommend lunch Monday -... The Bar-B-Q Man is a real canteen style Texan restaurant. It's not too easy to find and there's nothing fancy about it. But the meats are to die for - great chicken, tender brisket, wonderful sausages. Good sized portions with a selection of sides. Non stop flow of iced tea too. Well worth searching out. More
