The italian is great. One of the best at any chain sandwich joint. I will say this particular Potbelly could use a tune up on customer service skills.....
I was staying at the Gaylord for a training and eating in National Harbor for 4 days can be really costly. Thanks Potbelly for saving me spending money and making me feel full! You cannot go wrong here. The sandwiches, salads, shakes and cookies are great. I usually get The Wreck yumm-o! The reason it's not perfect score was they... More
Potbelly Sandwich Works is an outstanding restaurant/deli with a great menu. While staying in National Harbor, my family ate here for five different meals (it really was the best place to eat in the entire area). There was something for everyone and even some items I have not seen in other restaurants (I am referring to the succulent mushroom melt... More
I did not realize this was a chain restaurant but I will be on the lookout again for, them in the future. For our small family who just needed a simple and fast meal, this really did the trick. We all enjoyed our sandwiches plus a soup and a fantastic shake for around twenty bucks and we walked away very satisfied.... More
A step-above Subway, Potbelly's sandwiches average $4.00 each with the bread 8 inches in length making your choice easily shareable. Additionally, they offer huge salads in the $7 range. The service is organized like Subway but is more efficient. The quality and freshness of the food items make this a great choice for lunch or supper. Eating on the patio... More
I come here often and the sandwiches are consistently good. I love the desserts and the service is always friendly. It's probably THE cheapest place to eat at the National Harbor. The variety of toppings is nice and the shakes are amazing. Sit outside and enjoy the festivities....
I mean, if you've eaten at one, you've eaten at them all. The food is really quite good for a chain sandwich shop. I prefer Potbelly to Quizno's any day. The staff was polite, the food was made quickly, and it tasted exactly as I expected it to.
Great sandwich shop. They had a great variety of sandwiches and toppings and all at a reasonable price. About the only downside is that they didn't have a lot of options for bread, but don't let this stop you from enjoying it! Indoor and outdoor seating was available.
