A pleasent surprise for Utah! Different from any other restaurant I've ever eaten at. Been there three time, and always consistent. Haven't tried the saki drinks - yet - have enjoyed many of the asian tapas offerings. Attentive service, with the young owner attempting a very radical cusine!

Don't let the exterior appearance and location stop you from visiting Pipa. It took my partner some convincing before he would drive to this part of town - not known for good neighborhoods or good food. The location is in a strip mall, next to a Chinese Restaurant.
