We visited the Inn when we were staying for the weekend. The patio was a great place to relax and have a pint. The service was friendly and the food was great. We ate a sandwich and the seafood chowder which was excellent. And finished the meal off with fabulous carrot cake. I'm going to go back next time we... More

Food was good and service was great.......good wine too! It was a stop on our way home. We both had steak and was done just to our liking in fashionable time. Which was great, since we were not rushed out of the place to make space for others and had time to chit, chat. They seemed extremely bussy that day. Thank... More

We had the seafood chowder, EXCELLENT!! The service was good, people were friendly. Good draft beer, and ceasars. We totally enjoyed our meal. They also have a Sunday Brunch Buffet, with a wide range of food. It is excellent!! I will be going back! More

Dreadful dinner at this place a week ago. In general, the food was bland when it arrived but service was very, very slow. Our experience with the servers however was more than disappointing One dish ( a simple steak!) wasn't only inedible but was so tough that- no exaggeration- it couldn't be cut at all. The diner was my 13-yr... More

I had dinner here with my family and the food was terrible. We had the lasagne - the sauce was bland and the pasta was overcooked. We also had the white fish and chips - the fish tasted like they were frozen and the fish was oily and not correctly cooked. Overall - the servers were nice, but the food,... More

13 of us were cycling through Wiarton as part of a day long ride. We'd made a reservation at the Wiarton Inn for lunch. They greeted us with jugs of ice water, which really hit the spot. Service for food was friendly and helpful. The food came in a timely manner. We all had sandwiches and/or salads, all of which... More

we tried about 10 items here and none of them was properly prepared or tasted good. the t bone steak was over cooked in a convection oven? the rice pudding had undercooked rice in it. the lasagna had no seasoning. tasted like tomato sauce straight from the can. nothing had any seasoning. They need someone who knows how to cook.... More
