Cute restaurant - always smells amazing outside! Went for the fish and chips it was very good but was a little shocked when we got the bill. Even tho it was a little expensive I would chose this restaurant over any other in placentia ! More

We had a wonderful dinner at Three Sisters on the night of the last ferry leaving Argentia for the season. Hugely crowded, but we were accommodated with ease. The food was wonderful and the service ensured that we weren't late for queueing up for the ferry. The atmosphere would leave you thinking you were across the pond. Nice! Don't miss... More

We stopped here for lunch with a group of eight. Even without a reservation we were promptly shown a seat and served. Everyone enjoyed the food - good basic, home-cooked meals. The chowder and fish & chips were excellent. As a bonus the owner took time to have a chat with us and told us about the history of the... More

My wife and I recently spent an evening at The Three Sisters Pub and Belle's Restaurant and had a wonderful time! We ordered a meal from the pub menu(unfortunately they were short of staff that night and weren't offering the full menu). The fish and chips were quite good. We enjoyed a nice atmosphere and were able to enjoy an... More

The food was really good and seemed like good value for the quantity and quality. They were full the night we ate there and there were only 3 staff absolutely running off their feet. They did their absolute best to keep up but that did make for slow service (there was a sign at the front door noting they were... More

In fifteen days in Newfoundland and Labrador, I ordered chowder frequently. I have never tasted chowder more sublime than the chowder at Three Sisters. My husband also had soup and thought it was exceptionally good. We ordered cod tongues as an appetizer and found that to be wonderful also. If you are in this area in busy season, CALL FOR... More

Cool old building/atmosphere in a pretty little town. This establishment tries to pass itself as trendy but the food simply doesn't match the attempt. Orders messed-up, slow service etc.. Food itself was just average. I did discover however, though talking with locals, that they have a new cook. To say chef would be going way to far. More

Very charming building, nice authentic setting inside with live music and karaoke on some nights. Limited menu with mostly burgers. BUT... their seafood chowder is to die for! I wish I had room for a couple of more bowls... The soup du jour was Beef Barley - also very tasty. The beer draft - very good! Our server (I guess... More
