This restaurant was recommended by a local when we arrived in Natchez and it did not disappoint. The service was good, the food was EXCELLENT. The combination poor boy was just perfect. This is definitely one of our favorites, at least for lunch. More

This restaurant is next to famous Stanton Hall (mansion) in downtown Natchez and it's particularly busy at the time I visited due to "Spring Pilgrimage." It's serving famous coin-sized biscuits with grape jelly and it's really delicious because it uses a lot of butter. Unfortunately, that's the only positive of my visit. Gumbo is cold (because they put cold rice... More

This is a "must try" if you are in Natchez. The food is to die for. Best bread pudding I have ever eaten. Service, atmosphere, and food can't be beat. I could eat there every day and never tire of it. More

We had a very pleasant lunch before touring the home. There were good choices on the menu and good food. Service was great. It is a quiet, elegant dining room. More

This is a lovely place to eat lunch located on the grounds of Stanton Hall. It has an Old South feel with a waiter bringing you a plate of hot buttered biscuits to eat with the jam already located on the table. It was crowded with local Natchez people having lunch. I had the tomato aspic salad with grilled Gulf... More

Besides the small biscuits served with grape jelly that melt in your mouth, they have wonderful milk punches. The twist on southern foods was perfect as well as their fried chicken. The setting on the grounds of Stanton Hall makes your meal even more special. A "don't miss" on your trip to Natchez. More
