I read all the negetive reviews after i had dinner here. The Hostess/Owner must have been off or in the bathroom, b/c a very friendly young woman seated us promptly. We enjoyed our food, and the server was pleasant, but she never asked how our food was or offered us more to drink. We flagged her down a few times... More

Very friendly place with nice new contemporary decor. A bit noisy as the place was filled with happy families and couples. House wine was just right with appetizer mussels. Selection of main courses is large and my veal parmigiana with pasta was tasty plus the portion large enough to take some home for another meal. Mini desserts are just right.... More

Not that there was anything overly wrong, but there was just no "wow". No wow in the food, and no wow in the service, and for the price, we expected a bit of wow. But proportions were generous so we have leftovers today. The Caesar salad was quite disappointing, had no life, no flavor, overly shredded and bland cheese; skip... More

My 22 year old daughter made a reservation for Mother's Day for the 2 of us. We got there at 7, the reservation time, & were told it would be a few minutes wait. The place was only 2/3 full, & seemed to have adequate servers. We waited...and waited, eyeing the empty tables. The hostess and one of the waitresses... More

I've been to Vincenzo's several times over the last few years. Each time, I've been disappointed and vowed to not go back. However, after hearing that they recently renovated and upgraded the menu, I gave them a chance again. I so want to love this place - but they make it impossible. The hostess is as rude as they come... More

So - we returned to Vincenzo's in West Concord village because they just untook a remodelling job, and a) we wanted to see how it looked and b) we wanted to know if they had amped up the menu and service at all. Last night we had a late dinner at the bar. The decor is refreshed, but frankly, it... More

Live in the neighborhood and want so badly to like this restaurant. The hostess seems irritated to seat you, especially if kids are in tow. Food is average, but not worth the price. More

Avoid it. I get angry when somebody takes $1.07 worth of ingredients and tries to charge me $22.00. I might be more forgiving if the resulting meal tasted great. The result here is a failure. Save money and buy a can of Chef Boyardee; a comparable meal for about $21.00 less. More

I’m sure we’ve all experienced bad service at one point or another. So what do you do about it? Most people just never go back to that restaurant again. Well i went back and the service was no better. To be honest i felt like i was putting them out (the hostess was the biggest issue). But the food? blah... More

Live up the street and go based on location. But i give up! The food is bland and some of the satff are just mean. I almost feel like i'm imposing on a friend who can't cook. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
