We went to Table 1280 before the Apr 1, 2012 Pink Martini concert at Atlanta Symphony Hall. We sat outside to enjoy the lovely spring evening. Unfortunately there was only one waiter to wait on all the outside tables. We waited a very long time to give and then receive our order. Although the food was quite good and the... More

We have season tickets to the Symphony and usually dine at Park 75 in the Four Seasons or Vini, Vidi,Vici for dinner before the performance. Last weekend's weather forcast called for heavy rain so we decided to eat at Table 1280 instead since it is physically connected to the arts center. We had eaten there a few years ago but... More

This is a great place to grab a bite when you are going to the High Museum, Symphony Hall or the Alliance Theater. It can be a bit pricey but the convenience factor to the Arts Center makes is worth it for the occasional splurge. The Crab Benedict was delicious and served with roasted potatoes. The Cuban Monte Christo was... More

I've seen Table 1280 over at least 2 operators (maybe more), and it went from really pretty good to below average to I'd say just above average now. The place is a beautiful setting inside the Woodruff Arts Center - a bright, open space with tons of outside exposure (floor to ceiling windows). I think their truffle chicken sandwich (now... More

Went to Table 1280 to have lunch before a show at the Alliance Theater. This restaurant is in an excellent location, on the same campus as the Alliance, the Woodruff Arts Center, and the High Museum. There is a nice bar area, a dining room, and an outside seating area. Atmosphere is stark white with lots of glass. Nice decor... More

I went to have dinner with my family before an event at the Symphony Hall. Service was slow and the server was very arrogant. I had the filet mignon, it was not only small but served to me quite cold, obviously the taste was far from good. Others in my family had the Risotto which was very average as well.... More

A non-profit organization I work with held a luncheon here for 40 people to cultivate prospective donors. The venue at the Atlanta arts center was outstanding and the food, service, and atmosphere of Table 1280worked beautifully. In addition, the restaurant is located about 500 feet from the MARTA entrance, making access by public transportation and airport transfers super-easy. More

After a disappointing experience at Table 1280 in March, my wife and I visited again for dinner during a trip to the High Museum (next door) on 6/23. Glad we did it - our confidence in the restaurant was completely restored! Dinner was outstanding in every respect. Remarkably, our server, Derroll, remembered us from our March visit (he had been... My wife and I had dinner at 6:00 PM on a Friday night before a concert just a few steps away at Symphony Hall. We had dined at Table 1280 several times before - usually at lunch before visiting the adjacent High Museaum - and had always enjoyed the restaurant. This dinner experience, by comparison with our earlier visits, was... More

We couldn't get much closer to the High Museum than this very nice restaurant for our Sunday brunch. It was the perfect location. The food was above average and the decor was nice. We were a little surprised with the fact that they did not have "sweet tea" but oh well. The place was very clean and the waitstaff was... More
