Salmon grilled perfectly on a bed of mashed potatos accompanied by fresh asparagus was a healthy dinner and the trout almondine with roasted root vegtables pleased my spouse. We followed the excellent dinner and Fume Blanc with a chocolate caramel tart with pistachio ice cream. The service was professional and the bread unusual and of high quality. More

I can't imagine this is what Chef Paul had in mind. I went to Pano's and Paul's for years and LOVED it. This experience at Paul's was awful. Didn't like anything about our evening.
