I have been to Canoe many times and they have never let me down. This is definitely my favorite seafood restaurant in Atlanta. They always have a great selection of fish and the sides are never boring. I also love the breadbasket they come around with at the beginning of the meal (about 6-8 different kinds of breads to choose... More

Have had great dinners here but had lunch. Service a bit slow but food was amazing as always and we got to eat outside on a gorgeous day by the Chattahoochee River.

Food was good, but when my wife noted the steak was not rare, they came by and took the one she was eating away without a word, and replaced it. She then sat there for 5 minutes waiting on silverware. Appreciated the gesture, but bizarre way of executing on it - especially since she said she did NOT want another... More

Hard to find—we didn’t trust our GPS directing us in the backwoods—but worth arriving to. Very nice location, the staff was very welcoming, even when we came 1hr in advance. We were able to get to the bar and enjoy the scenery, while waiting for our table. Once seated, our waiter was very nice, and we wrongly thought at first... More

It has the number ranking on TripAdvisor for a reason. Nothing negative to say. Food and service amazing! Plus a beautiful view on the river.

I have been dining at Canoe for 5+ years and it is consistently one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. The service, ambiance, and food combine are worth every penny. If you are looking for a deal, go to Canoe for lunch and you will find surprisingly modest prices but get the same great food and service.

After eating at Canoe about a year and a half ago, it has been my favorite place I've tried so far in Atlanta. I decided to go back with my wife and some friends we wanted to treat to dinner. Last time we were there it was dinner in February, so it was dark. This time we got a great... More

We recently visited this restaurant with our adult daughter and four of her close friends who hadn't seen each other in a while. We were placed at a large, round table which made the sharing of all conversations easy. Inside the restaurant, the décor was very comfortable, yet quite classy. And we took some very pretty pictures out back by... More

One of the best overall dining experiences i have had in a LONG time. The food was outstanding, appetizers and entrees. The cocktails were just right. The service was excellent. And the setting was beautiful. Went with a friend who works in the area and knew the place and was so glad he did.

A great setting at the Canoe although we didn't get to spend time enjoying the outside grounds due to steady rain. The atmosphere was perfect. Comfortable seating, enough privacy, and staff that catered to every need, and then some. The food was simply perfect. We both had the Chef's recommendation for the night, fresh Red Grouper in a Cajun Shrimp... More
