Perfect for foodies with adventurous selections and wonderful service. This place as a young vibe with a focus on local ingredients. The restaurant is not in the expected Buckhead or downtown location but its worth the trip to Cheshire Bridge Road for this wonderful restaurant. Neither of us drank but it looks like the wine list is very good.

The service is amazing and the food is perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. I only gave an average rate for romance because the tables are close to each other. That seems to be true of all restaurants these days. They need to squeeze in lots of tables to make money.

Love the casual environment, service is impeccable and the food... every bite is perfect! One of our group is a picky eater and the eclectic menu scared him. He was very upset that he couldn't get simple grilled chicken and wanted to leave. Since we wouldn't leave, he "suffered" through... ended up loving everything, ate everything and spent the weekend... More

My husband and I chose Woodfire Grill for our anniversary dinner. It's amazing how a server can set a tone. Ours was flat. The food was good, but not what we expected. The server was a warm body and not much else. He didn't fill our wine glasses, bread basket or bring us sweetner or spoons for our dessert cappucinos.... More

To be honest I had not been to Woodfire for a while, and now having been again, I really do not know why, I should go more often. Six of us went for a dinner and lucked out in getting one of their small dining alcoves. The food and service were great. Nice portions, wonderfully prepared and very tasty. I... More

I just got treated to a Birthday dinner at Woodfire Grill last weekend. I had been there once before a couple of years ago when they had a different E. Chef. I don't remember enjoying it as much as I enjoyed it this time. We ordered 3 course dinner a la carte and that was plenty of food. Everything was... More

I first ate at Woodfire Grill two years ago for my birthday, and when I went then, I said I HAD to bring my dad there. This year was his 80th birthday, so I made a reservation for four of us to go for dinner. The staff is absolutely top notch here, and that night was no exception. The bar... More

Dined at Woodfire Grill for the first time on 3/2/2013. My wife had eaten there previously. What an enjoyable experience!!! The atmosphere was great. Service was outstanding. Food was excellent. Chet's creations are very creative and stimulate the palate with multiple flavors and textures in every bite. We will be back soon as this instantly became one of my favorites... More

It was Valentine's night and our first wedding anniversary. I was concerned that with Kevin Gillespie gone it might not be the same. No worries, Woodfire Grill is as fabulous as ever. Had the tasting menu with the deluxe wine pairings (1/2 pour because I otherwise get too tipsy). Great opportunity to try new and special wines. Still love this... More

Took my coworkers out to dinner here. Had a wonderful experience, food, wine and great service. Awesome prep in kitchen, looked great and tasted better. Hands down, new favorite restaurant in ATL.
