After hearing how great this place was. My husband and I decided to give it a try. We both got the horseshoes and the irish nacho appetizer. Let me tell you that the appetizer filled both of us up and my three year old. We ended up taking home our horseshoes. We walked away paying a typical dinner price for... More

My husband & I decided to stop here for a quick dinner before making our 2-hour drive back home. My husband had the Corned Beef sandwich and I had the French Onion Soup and salad. Both were good but we probably needed to order something more substantial on the menu. Looking around at everyone else's plates, we saw what we... More

We heard about D'arcy's Pint on Man vs Food and decided to check out the Horseshoe. It's a crazy good glutenous dish. The cheese sauce is divine. If you're looking for something different...this is it. Service was good and fast.

Great food and wonderful service. Had something for everyone! Portions were large and tasted great. Plan to wait a few minutes on the weekends.

We tried this restaurant specifically for the "horseshoe" sandwiches. Being from the STL, I had never heard of these before reading a forum in Tripadvisor. Then, I found out Man vs. Food had taped an episode here, so I thought we'd try it out. It was extremely busy, however, once we were seated, our food was out in 10 minutes.... More

We enjoy sampling local foods while traveling, so of course we had to try a horseshoe on a recent vacation to Springfield. We chose to visit D'arcy's after the noon rush and found many filled tables with everyone eating a horseshoe! We excitedly ordered our own horseshoes - choosing sliced ham, grilled chicken and a hamburger. We soon learned that... More

We travel through Springfield a couple of times a year and are always on the hunt for something decent. This is the first place we’ll go back for food and drinks. My husband loved the Strongbow on tap and the homemade cheese sauce on the horseshoes was excellent. Good crowd for a Friday lunch but sat at the bar and... More

We saw this restaurant on Man vs. Food and thought we would check it out while in Springfield. We have went twice and it was busy both times, but we were able to get in within a reasonable time frame given the crowd. It is an Irish pub and grill that is a little out of the way from downtown... The menu is not what I would have expected. I have been to Springfield many times and have never been to D'arcy's before. They have an unbelievable selection for pub fare. Perhaps the only down side to the menu was not enough "health" conscious choices. I was traveling with a person who typically orders lighter fare, and they do not... More

I ate dinner at D’Arcy’s Pint in early March 2013 when my friend and I were visiting Lincoln sites in and around Springfield. Although we’re totally “go with the flow”, I always like to have a sure bet restaurant selection in my pocket just to avoid a lot of last-minute fumbling. I had selected D’Arcy’s Pint after reading many positive... More
