This place can be pricey, but they have VEGAN truffles! I am not vegan by any stretch, but I do have a dairy allergy, any when was the last time you saw a truffle made without heavy cream? The spicy Thai lemongrass whatsit truffle was lovely. I'm only sad I didn't get to return to try more, as they were... More

Twice I've been given Modern Dweller's chocolate as a gift and I love the Margarita Zing. The service was great and the sample of spicy drinking chocolate was fun to try. I'd love to go back and get it in a mocha. I bought some chocolates to take home to my husband and he said the Garlic Salted Caramels are... More

Low variety of choices...just candy and syrupy drinks. Save the money and go chug some Hershey's syrup if you prefer overdosage on chocolate flavor to interesting varieties and preparations of chocolate deserts.

If you love chocolate, you will love this place. If you don't love chocolate then why read this? For Anchorage being a small town, it's nice to have a locally owned chocolate kitchen. good job.

This is a chocoholic's paradise. I love all their truffles and I try to go here every time I want to make a unique gift to someone. I also highly recommend taking a break here and having some of their fabulous hot chocolate with steamed milk. They have the silky version and a spicy one if you are feeling frisky.... More

What can I say, other than this was a great experience in chocolate. Bring your wallet, however! These specialty chocolate treats were fantastic, and two of us couldn't decide on what to get. There were some great options, and we ended up splurging on 3 apiece. Thinking we'd make it to Homer with 4 left, we had gone on a... More

The liquid chocolate is to die for. We tried the salmon chocolate truffles and they were unexpectedly delightful. A must stop for choco-holics and adventurous culinary explorers.

There are a couple of these in Anchorage, but if you are dining at any of the excellent restaurants in downtown, the location on G Street makes for an easy stop for an after-dinner delight. It's a small shop, but the chocolate varieties are both unique and perfectly prepared. Dark, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate is combined with predictable taste treats (raspberry) as... More

Chocolate like most wouldn't ever think of it. Flavours that you haven't thought of. Delicious. Creative and fun.

We stopped in one evening after dinner, and we were hooked! Everyone in the group had the hot chocolate, and it was so wonderful I ended up going back the next night for more. But the best was the truffles. Expensive? You bet! But I carried them home on the plane the next day and wished I had bought more... More
