Chowder was excellent, I would skip the crab roll though! Line was long but went fast. More

Ate food from here 3 times across my 3 days in Seattle. The chowders are fantastic. Make sure you take advantage of the sampler - 4 chowders for~$12. Also had a chowder and crab sandwich combo. My wife had the southwestern chicken and corn chowder, since she doesn't like seafood. A must visit eatery if you hit the market. More

One of my quests in life is to find the best clam chowder in the world. For over 20 years, the little dive in Monterey, California has been the best I've ever had. Pike Place Chowder has overtaken the spot - it is truly the best I've had ... so far! This place is truly great - you won't regret... More

I really like the smoked salmon chowder here, and everytime I visit Seattle, this place is a must. My only dislike is that seating is limited. Huge problem when it is pouring outside because there is no where to eat the delicious chowder you just paid for. More

We were fortunate to visit on a Friday, so the line wasn't incredibly long. We tried the New England Clam Chowder and the Scallop Chowder and can't figure out which we like better...they were both incredible. I wish we lived closer...I would definately eat here again if I ever return to Seattle. Absolutely delicious! More

One of the best chowders I've tried. Very tasty for not a lot of money. Highly recommended! More

I had the smoked salmon chowder in a bread bowl, and it was amazing. Hot, creamy, and a perfect combination with the sourdough bowl. The line was long, but the food was worth the wait! not much seating, so be ready to snuggle up or take it to go. More

We are visiting Seattle again in August and this place is definately somewhere we will... More
