Not a vegetarian, but I enjoyed the food here. It is well prepared and tasty. Meat isn't missing, it just isn't necessary. The food is well planned and excuted, and the results is a great meal that even a carnivore will devour.

This place even has chistorra which is hard to find. The menu offers a lot of variety, from tapas (small plates to share) to entrees. The seafood is well seasoned and fresh. The service is very freindly, the owner may even come and say hello.
Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, generous servings, fabulous coffee. You'll find yourself transported to a garden if you get a table in the atrium. I had the super food salad, and felt healthier instantly!!! My friends enjoyed the french dip, a pizza, and one of their fab breakfasts - available until 2pm. The menu is interesting to read, an amazing combination...

Have visited Cafe Flora on several occasions. Tthe food was of excellent quality with very satisfying flavors and textures. Unhestitatlingly, I take my vegetarian friends there and thoroughly enjoy it myself as well.
Interesting use of local, fresh ingredients make for unusual dishes that are surprisingly tasty for the more carnivorous types on occasion, to which I am a member!
This is a great vegetarian or vegan restaurant close to the University of Washington campus and University Village shopping mall. The food is fresh and delicious, well prepared and presented. Service is good and on a nice day the atrium is a lovely place to enjoy a meal.
I wasn't very impressed with the food and the service can be quite slow. I recommended checking out the menu online before going.
I have lived here for 14 years and never stepped foot in this place until very recently. Now, not only can I not go at least once a month, I bought their cook book.
I you are looking for fresh, local food then stop here.. I assure you that you will NOT miss the fact that they don't use meat....

When you time it right, you can enjoy sitting in an indoor arboretum like setting. Enjoy seasonal meals made from produce grown by local farmers. Every meal I have had has been colorful and scrumptious.
Vegetarians needs protein and eggs are a great source. Flora makes great breakfast all the long. Go during the week yo avoid weekend crowds. Great coffee and cocktails too
