The dining room is like walking back into a Great Gatsby film, with opulent Victorian dining room, reminiscent of the Empress Hotel in Victoria. They had real silver forks and knives and this was just a fancy fancy experience.

We all three started off with the foie gras, prepared 3 different ways. Wow! I had the rack of lamb which was excellent. Another had the scallops which were totally amazing.. The best I have EVER had in the whole world! Next entree was the 2 lb lobster... You should have seen it! And tasted it! We had to be... More

Having heard about the fabulousness about the Georgian, my husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary there. My reaction is a decided "meh." My husband's steak came out over cooked, and I was done with my meal before his replacement arrived. My scallops were good, but nothing really outstanding. The oysters were good, but again, nothing to swoon over.... More

The breakfast here is enjoyed in a grand room with impeccable service. My partner claims that the corned beef has here is some of the best he has ever had. We conceived menu for a relaxing way to start the day.

A great place to enjoy one of the best brunches in Seattle set in an elegant and spacious dining room. The architecture is a throw back to a time when craftsmanship was the rule of the day.

We were staying at the Fairmont Olymic so decided to have breakfast at The Georgian Sunday morning. Bad idea. They offer a very small buffet for $25, which two our party of four chose to dine from. The quiche my mother in law had was cold. She ordered toast, which was offered, and she never recieved it. I on the... More

Who knew Seattle have this restaurant with all the old world charm, impeccable service, and excellent food! My husband and I dined here for the SRW2013. We made reservations, arrived a little early, but they were able to accommodate us right away. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by the magnificent crystal chandelier in the dead... More

We found this restaurant by coincidence to some extent, but did not regret it. Although we did not have a reservation, fortunately our party of 3 could be seated in a few minutes on a weekday night in March when many surrounding restaurants were full. We were a little surprised at the prices, but given the venue and the quality... More

Lovely old world charm with an excellent menu. The prices are definitely $$$$ but the service is so attentive! Be prepared to dine leisurely, don't rush! You can also enjoy the live piano music while you dine.

I am giving this wonderful restaurant 3* although for me, it was not quite my cup of tea. Believe me, the restaurant is 'Tops' in all ways and if you want an elegant, haute cuisine, french service done right with some of the top cuisine in Seattle, this is the place. Many of you would think this was as good... More
