Although the Toulouse Kitchen has excellent food and great brunches, the noise level is almost impossible. Definitely don't go at Happy Hour Time or around dinner. Brunch is better and probably late evening is OK. It is one of the loudest restaurants I have eaten at. Bring ear plugs. More
