Locally owned and much nicer inside than the shopping center appearance on the outside. Service is good not great, but the food is dependable and a nice change. Seafood dishes are my favorite. Worth a try for a date night or dinner with friends.

My wife and I recently had dinner at Capers for our anniversary because her family lives nearby. It was absolutely outstanding. We started with an order of the calamari, which was cooked to perfection and was complemented by a flavorful dipping sauce. For the entree, we ordered the trout and the grouper, both of which melted in our mouth. The...

Capers is a great choice for brunch on Sundays.
Prompt service, courteous and professional. Original twists on classic dishes. Contemporary Southern cuisine in an elegant atmosphere.
Very nice decor, and reasonable prices.
Tasha, the server, is excellent. You are lucky is you are seated in her section.
Magnificent crab cakes served over grits, and eggs benedict with green tomatoes.
Highly...

Service very friendly. Original preparations like the crab fingers for appetizers or entrees with a taste of the South like red snapper stuffed with Andouille sausage and bacon. Small list of wines but all are available on the glass. Very good duck breast.
From the outside, this restaurant does not look like much, but inside it is very nice. The menu is very interesting and bar area has comfy seating and music on the weekends. The seafood dishes I ordered came out perfect.
The little baby lamb chops are unbelievably tender (but get the apricot sauce on the side) Very good selection and the Ambiance......soft Jazz music to enjoy while eating. Took our family there while visiting from Texas and it was the hit of the evening. To top it all off...try the Strawberry Short Cake, nothing short about it.
We had three courses served to the two of us. Each of the three times, the course was served by someone other than our waiter. Each of the three times we were asked who got what (aka the food was auctioned off). Sad.
My husband and I had lunch here yesterday. This was our first time eating here, but it will not be our last. It is located in a strip mall next Publix Grocery. Do not let the location fool you. The décor was nice and unexpected. We were a little worried when we waited about 4 minutes for a hostess to...

We went with family for lunch, and it was the first time for all of us. Everyone really enjoyed the meal and the service was great. The decor is eclectic, but nicely done. The food runs the scale from casual to gourmet. I had the salmon BLT and it was excellent. As we were leaving, we walked over to the...

My husband and I absolutely love Capers. We have eaten there about 6 or 7 times now and it is always good. I love the fact that eveything is always so fresh and their service is just as good!
