This modern, comfortable, local produce, etc restaurant was recommended by a chef in Madison who knows the city restaurants! And, she was absolutely correct. Everything works here...location, service, food is great (what are shrimp 'n grits and waffle with fried chicken doing on Wisconsin menu, however???), and price is perfect. Fried cheese curd great as were deviled eggs! A lovely,... More

The menu was interesting and the food was very good. We had the baked bone marrow appetizer and loved it. Our waitress was excellent!

My wife and I had lunch here. We started off with an order of Cheese Curds, which were very tasty but were also very greasy with a heavy breading. We ordered from their brunch menu and we both ordered their eggs with Kielbasa Sausage. It came with hash browns mixed with small apple cubes. It was quite unique and was... More

Long wait on a Friday night but worth it. They took our number and we went around the corner to the Tipsy Cow for a drink while we waited. Food was wonderful and the view of the capitol is great.

Varied, locally-based menu. Pretty setting. Fantastic brunch, but long waits. No reservations, but still worth it.

My wife and I went here for my birthday. It is pretty small and busy on a saturday night, however we did manage to get seated pretty quickly after a drink at the bar. I had the graze burger and my wife had the bipimbap Mine was delicious but her's was epic. Just a complete flavor explosion, I had wished... More

Graze is arguably one of the best restaurants in Madison. The food is fresh, cooked simply and well; the room is delightfully charged with a great vibe; the views are terrific; the prices are generally in line for what you get; the service is friendly yet professional; the beer (and probably wine and cocktail) list is always extensive and interesting.... This restaurant receives high praise from locals. The kale salad started my meal and includes a fried duck egg on top of the salad. The chef next prepared bratwurst and gnocchi sautéed together. Cherry crisp with coffee completed the evening. The chef uses local sources with a list of the suppliers on the back of the menu. He identifies gluten... More

My hosts wanted to give me a taste of Wisconsin, and they couldn't have chosen more wisely. Graze left me with the impression of good and kind people who loved their freshly prepared, organic foods, their fine selection of beers (and also a nice array of wines by the glass), and these things called "Cheese Curds". When described, being from... More

Graze is simply the place to eat if you are in Madison, WI. The prices are fair and the view on Capitol is amazing, especially during nighttime.
