I've been living in Texas for quite a while, and yet I found this food to be better than most of the places here. Try the Delicia Vallarta, for one.

What a wonderful find in Hot Springs! Hungry for Mexican and while walking through town we saw this place and looked inviting and went in. We were not disappointed at all. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food that we ordered was delicious and was served quickly and hot. It is worth checking into and eating there for a...

The service here was extraordinary. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied (and stuffed to the gills).
Picante's is a small Mexican grill right off Central and Bridge that caters more to authentic taste. I prefer TexMex. It is clean, the service is good, but there is a bit of a language barrier. I don't care for the bathroom. Very small that has to be shared between men and women and it always in use.
Hungry for lunch and the placed smelled good when I opened the door. Had tortilla soup, pretty good, nice presentation hot and hit the spot. Wait staff and management very friendly, good deal for the money, I would go again and enjoy the atomosphere and the people. Location good for people watching! Overall, very good experience.
We stopped in for a mid day snack. Being from Texas, my wife and I wanted some chips and hot sauce. When I saw the picture of the shrimp soup on the menu, I had to try it. I'm glad I did. It was delicious. That's all I had, but if the rest of the menu tastes that good, it...

Great place to go. Got to try the carne asada with a nice cold margarita I would recommen this place.
OK place to dine. Nothing fancy. My husband and I stopped in to eat a late lunch. The toliet did not flush. That started the dinner off to a bad start. The food is real Mexican style.
Convenient location, good prices and the food is good. However, the service is incredibly slow every time we go there. They were also playing very loud and somewhat inappropriate music for the family crowd that was there. Hope the service gets better soon. Try the cheese dip.
Great food ,great prices, friendly service. Medium sized ,clean venue, with a festive charm. Located right next door to the Brickhouse Grill and above the Brau haus in Spencers Corner in beautiful downtown Hot Springs.
