This is one of Greensboro's better restaurants, and they know how to cook seafood properly. It is not an inexpensive restaurant, but if you want quality, sometimes expense is not a consideration. We like it--a lot.

Found this restaurant online - made a reservation. This is fine dinning but not so dressy - great for me. Food was great - tuna was fantastic. Waitress suggested a bottle of wine that was great and very reasonable. If you are in town for a few nights, look this place up.

We shared the clam appetizer and it was very good! We also shared the halibut & tuna entree w/stuffed risotto cake. It was delicious and beautifully presented.

1618 West Seafood Grill not only has great fresh seafood, but wonderful ambience. White tablecloths and black napkins if you need them are a few of the extras. A great wine list and fresh seafood and veggies and salads. To die for desserts. Good place to go for birthdays and anniversaries. Love it.
