Our waiter was way too chatty and took too long to bring our meals. We actually had to ask him to stop talking to some other customers in order for us to pay and carry on with our evening. Our food was delicious but the hot items were luke warm when they arrived and had to be sent back.

My family and I ate here this evening (5/23/13) and we enjoyed our food. The potato skins were very good. The ribs were delicious and the corn pudding was a nice change. My daughter ordered the Filet and it was over cooked; she ordered it medium and it came out well done. Other than that it was a nice meal.

Prices are high for everything in Gatlinburg, but we found we could share a full slab of ribs and 2 sides for only about $21. The ribs were great and my husband was a happy camper, but I was blown away with the broccoli and cheese sauce: the cheese sauce had beer in it and was absolutely delicious. We contemplated... More

We had dinner here tonight. The bread basket with various breads was good. We both did like the ribs, the sauce was good and they were meaty not fatty. However we have had better ribs. All of our sides weren't very good: bland coleslaw, mashed potatoes and baked beans. My strawberry shortcake was okay, the shortbread itself was a little... More

We enjoyed the fried pickles appetizer and cheeseburgers with loaded baked potatoes for dinner. Service was good.

We were out and about in the Gatlinburg area being tourists while visiting friends who live nearby. It was fun to visit all the shops in the area and enjoy the wonderful scenery of the mountains. At the end of the day we selected Calhoun's as a place for dinner. The menu would accommodate the tastes of four hungry people... More

This was the first place we ate on our vacation, and it was not the best choice. Based on all of the good reviews, I thought it was going to be awesome. I was being nice when I said it was average. We waited forever for the waitress to come and take our order. It was a Wednesday night at... More

This was a lunch stop and we had the typical TN style ribs and pulled pork. The meat was served piping hot and the cole slaw nice and cold. However, the BBQ sauce bottle on our table had numerous drips outside left from the night before....gross. Our server was more than happy to replace it with a fresh new bottle.... More

Warm rolls, great fish dinner done to perfection. Open and roomy decor. Unfortunately my husbands medium rare steak was more raw than rare and had to be sent back. But they were gracious and accomodating otherwise.
