While our dinner was excellent, I couldn't get over our presentation of the martinis we ordered. We both love blue cheese stuffed olives and requested them. We received in advance...regular olives and a side of blue cheese. I've never been the sous chef of my drink before. The bartender wasn't busy. But we sure were. Two thumbs down.

Love the bread pudding, good basics like steak, potatoes, veggies. Hudsons is in the Heathman Lodge hotels lobby, so theres that. Good happy hour.

Highly recommend the seafood plater, chowder and salmon omelet. Bt check out the opening hours - these vary by day of the week.

I had 3 meals at Hudson's on a recent trip and all were very good. Rustic bread is great with soup or salad and the leg of lamb, meatloaf and seafood stew were all excellent.

Great restaurant to have right across the street from work. I had the Salmon BLT which was pretty good! It had a lot of horseradish which is not my favorite so I should've ordered it without, but it was still good.
