Ate there on a lark and should have kept walking. While the service was good, the food was, at best, average. We had Greek salads that were almost all lettuce (and no red onions); saganaki was tiny; and the pita bread was too doughy.

The Savannah River is not the Aegean but this restaurant has a genuine Greek teverna look and feel to it (a bit shabby) and the food here is as good as it gets outside of Greece. It use to be a little bit more of an exciting atmosphere with the best service in town, I don't know if Gabrielle was just not working or doesn't work there anymore, but she clearly would brought have made this night more enjoyable. Food is always awesome nothing beats the red pepper w/ goat cheese.

The food is awesome, but a little expensive. They have the best and most tender calamari I have ever had served with lemon and tzatziki sauce . The service is normally good and I enjoy the atmosphere . I can't wait to get back for more calamari
