I went to Mrs. Wilkes when I was a kid, and brought my daughter back 35 years later-- waited 1.25 hours on a Friday, it was awesome and worth the wait. We then had a walking tour so we walked it off (well, maybe a little). It was fantastic!

Fried chicken to die for! Rutabaga, sweet potatoes, rice, gravy, beets, mac and cheese, ribs, cole-slaw, beef stew, creamed corn, biscuits, corn bread, sweet tea, cucumbers w/vinegar and seasoning, and more - and each one delicious.
