Four of us had a wonderful breakfast at Miss Shirley's on May 10. The restaurant was recommended highly by several friends who have lived in Baltimore. The dining room and outdoor cafe are beautiful. Nice atmosphere, friendly hosts and delicious food, though a little pricey. Location is great, near Loyola University, and so is a nice mix of professional, family and college crowd.
