This place was awful! I'm not too much of a critic when it comes to restaurants but this place deserves a one-star. Our waitress look like she didn't wanna be there, and was kinda rude taking our orders. The food was utter crap, a mess that wasn't cooked right and tasted funny. There's nothing like first impressions, and this was... More

Stopped here for lunch with a group of ten and could barely drag ourselves away. Spent more than two hours feasting and chatting with the owner and chef. Fresh pies were just coming out of the oven so of course we lingered for dessert....pear raspberry pear, apple green chile, and a divine mixed berry. Don't missed the home smoked meats,... More

They make big burgers, but they don't make fries? how easy is fries to make? just potatoes and oil right? It is expensive and not worth going there, if u want a decent burger in these parts go to stagecoach in ramah, or go to zuni express gas station in Zuni, they make way better burgers cheaper, with fries.

This cafe is easy to miss on your drive. Nothing fancy to see from the road but the minute you walk in the door you feel the happy welcoming vibes. Everyone is so friendly. It's decor consists of local artisans and booths much like an indoor picnic area. The food is outstanding and the homemade dessert list made it so... More

The cooking came recommended from our hosts at Cimarron Rose B & B and they were right. Quality use of fresh ingredients made a big impact, enjoyed out on the deck watching the sun go down. All the diners very friendly, plus a live harpist. Great value for money

Last night a group of 4 friends traveled 90 miles to eat at Ancient Way Cafe. Every mouthful was worth it. The dinner of the night was, in my simple terms, shrimp with mango and green chili sauce but it was called something much more elegant than that. It was served with a fresh salad and home made dressing, some... More

Took a trip to Gallup with friends in February and we drove the more scenic route down NM53. We stopped for lunch here but they were closed for that day. But we had heard good things about the place so the next day coming home to Santa Fe we made the trip back to Ramah. It was so worth it.... More

Had good salsa. buffalo burger good, but brisket really was better. Pies looked great but didn't get any which I still regret. Clean bathroom. Local spot that was referred to us from the staff at wolf sanctuary.

This cafe is remote and largely frequented by locals. The salsa was very good and the beef brisket was the best that I have had.

I stopped here while taking a scenic detour off I-40 while driving between Grants NM and Phoenix AZ. What a surprisingly delightul meal after eating fast food and convenience store snacks. I had a roasted acorn squash stuffed with pinons, chicken, and some vegetables....amazing! Best acorn squash I have ever had! That plus a fresh delicious green salad, soda....paid abou... More
