Thanks to Tripadvisor, my husband and I tried The Olive Branch today for lunch. What a Nice Surprise! Such great flavors in the pies and sandwiches AND the Rosewater Pudding topped with Pistachios was Out of This World. Better than my husband favorite, creme brulee. Can't wait to try a dinner entree! Plus, it's a BYOB!

We've eaten here many times and always found the food outstanding. Quality flavors and more than enough. The deserts are sinful...but worth every bite.

We ate lunch yesterday at the Olive Branch. It's always a joy to eat there! Mr Kassis delivers wonderful service with a smile. We love the grape leaves. Its unpretentious location provides some cover to this best of Bethlehem location!

This little place mom and pop place (run by the Kassis family) has the best middle eastern food in the Valley! Excellent taboulli, hummus, rice, kabobs, chicken breast, fatush, turkish coffee and the homeade desserts by Giada...God IS good!
