Great night out served by Chris and his buddies. Best burger we had all trip and lots of beer to wash it down. Be patient as the bar manages drinks for two other restaurants. Chill at the bar or tall tables. They limit the menu for the bar (not sure why) so dessert would need to be at the cafe... More

The saloon is a great place to eat and drink before lounging by the pool when staying at Stovepipe Wells. Thanks to all the staff that made our two day adventure in Death Valley a great experience.

We were staying at the Stovepipe Wells RV park across the road and were able to use the facilities, including the pool and common room. The bar staff were very personable especially John - he kept us entertained for quite a few hours with his endless chatter and stories. A welcome relief from the heat!

Staff here were really friendly and helpful. The cheeseburger was divine and the atmosphere old world saloon with modern features such as sports TV. Were glad we wandered in.

The bartender was very friendly and poured great drinks. He let us sample the beer on tap to see which one we liked. Bar menu limited.

The food and snack selections are basic, but they have a great beer range - Try out one of Death Valley's speciality beers; Bad Water. Prices are reasonable, considering being in the middle of the desert. The mail only goes two times a week, on tuesday and fridays, if I am not mistaking - Gives you an idea. Absolutely well... More

We were riding through Death Valley from the south, had stopped in Furnace Creek for a cold 3, destination Bishop........Well by the time we got to Stove Pipe Wells I was in need of an air conditioner. It was 106 degrees outside at 4:30pm So we went into the bar. After applying hand fulls of water to my skull in... More

$40 for a pizza and two beers. A bit overpriced and this was cheaper than the buffet. Bring your own food if you can.

There's not a lot places to eat in Death Valley, so the Badwater Saloon in Stove Pipe Wells, Interesting atmosphere. Can even play a game of pool. Enjoy.

Its a good setting with good drink choices but we didn't find the bar staff very welcoming. They were not rude and the service was quick, but a good barman will engage customers in chit chat and encourage them to stay longer and have an enjoyable visit. We had one drink didn't feel the love and left.
