Description: Our highly anticipated second Rosa Mexicano location opened in July 2000. Just steps away from Lincoln Center, this impressive David Rockwell-designed space features a 30-foot iridescent blue tile water wall that spans both levels of the restaurant and is adorned with 240 miniature cliff divers. Here you’ll also find a dramatic “floating” staircase made of orange and red terrazzo slabs and backlit panels behind the bar embedded with rose petals. Awarded “Best Restaurant 2000” by Interiors Magazine, this unique, contemporary look ushered in a new era for us at Rosa Mexicano.

Ate a late lunch here on Mother's day and we were thrilled to get in without a reservation. The service was friendly and professional and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant for some very different, but authentic Mexican food. We will be back!

NYC has no shortage of Mexican food but this is among the best places in NY. My wife set up my 40th Birthday dinner here and we had a blast.

This place was excellent! I am very skeptical when I have Mexican food in NYC. This one rates among the best. I had the delicious chicken tortilla pie. The margaritas and amazing. Perfect place if your visit Lincoln Center just right across the street.

Since we were in NYC, we would like to diner at a Mexican restaurant. So, we chose Rosa Mexicano after a spectacle at Lincoln Center. We were right. Guacamole was superb. Frozen Marguerita was upscale. The entrées delicious. Staff very competent. Isn't that enough?
We will be back.

Went for lunch today. It was very good. Waiters were great and the food was very good. Grilled shrimp was cooked right. The guacamole prepared at the table was good, and hard to stop eating till the chips were gone. Tortillas were good. Seem to put cilantro in everything, so if your not a fan like me, take care. I...

Mexican fine dining in a stylish venue with friendly service. I've eaten there 6 times, and everything they make is good. Also a good value for the Lincoln Center area.

We ended up here after having a terrible experience trying to get a table at another mexican rest. It was wonderful from the accomodations for a table for 8, to the dessert. The atmosphere and food were great as was the service. I would recomend this to all my friends.

I love mexican food and this is refined and pretty damn good. Plus any cuisine that enables me to drink mojitos through dinner has gotta be good!
