Having worked in South America for several years you develop a taste and a need to experince certain flavours and foods. Victors Cafe is really Cuban but has excellent shades of Colombia and Mexico. You really nust start with the House Special Mojito, absolutely superb and with a piece of raw sugar cane as a swizzle stick. The food is... More

It's conveniently located in the theatre district and has the best mojitos I have ever had. There is a wide choice of food and very good. More

Live salsa music in the bar while the sound level in the restaurant area is very comfortable. Menu has a mixture of traditional cuban food and some more elaborated for a reasonable price. Also well located if you want to go the theatre or hang around on Times Square More

Make a reservation. Not cheap but very good service and good food. Enjoyed an early dinner before the theater here. More

Upon walking in the door, you know that you're going to have fun at Victor's. The salsa music fills the air (without ruining conversation). The place is nicely decorated, with plenty of light and color. The menu is interesting, the service was great--and friendly. Best of all, the food was very good. We will certainly go back when we are... More

Over all not that great, mojito very sweet, appetizer stuffed peppers average, main dish a piece of snapper flavorless, beans and rice good. I would not go back. If you want good Cuban there is Alma De Cuba in Philadelphia and everyone else. More

The food was incredible. I had their sea bass special with a mango/avocado salsa that was unreal...cool atmosphere too, with live music that wasn't so overbearing you couldn't have a conversation. Very very cool place. More

We have been going to VIctor's for years and our last visit reminded us of just how good it is. The mojitos are always reliably excellent and the Yucca fries and Plantain chips make excellent pre-dinner snacks for the bar while you listen to some great Cuban jazz. Over the years we have tried just about everything on the menu,... More

We went for dinner - planned the pre theatre fixed price, but went a la carte. Food very good, but star of the evening was my water melon mojito (can't remember the name of it). Attentive service and good location for theatres. More
